Tracking Your Order
At Shoes For Crews Offer, we want you to know exactly where your order is at every stage. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier‘s tracking page.
When to Expect Tracking Information
Tracking information is typically generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system. If tracking does not appear after 2 business days, please contact us.
How to Track Your Order
You can track your order using the following methods:
- Email Tracking Link: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Carrier Website: Visit the carrier‘s website and enter your tracking number manually.
- Contact Us: If you cannot locate your tracking information, contact our customer service team with your order number and we will assist you.
Tracking Status Explanations
- Label Created / Pre-Shipment: The carrier has been notified of your shipment, but the package has not yet been scanned.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local carrier and will be delivered that day.
- Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided.
If Tracking Shows No Movement
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us at info@shoesforcrewsoffer.my. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an update.
If Tracking Shows Delivered But You Did Not Receive It
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If the package still cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
